Article importance
[edit]Kawasaki a top importance article? Aren't we being ridiculous? Shouldn't such an extraordinary claim be justified? urashimataro (talk) 00:23, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
- As a major city with the 9th largest population in Japan, I personally don't see anything ridiculous or extraordinary about rating this article as "Top importance" within the WikiProject Japan. It seems to fit the criteria set out in the project's importance scale, and all the articles for other major Japanese cities appear to be similarly treated. --DAJF (talk) 01:06, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
High probability that non-Japanophiles would look this up. Must have had a large impact outside of Japan and be known in the majority of the world. I remain unconvinced. urashimataro (talk) 04:09, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
